Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you ship to my country
Yes, we ship worldwide and you can check our shipping policy. Shipping costs will be charged at checkout. We have discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive offers.
How long will it take to receive my order
Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability. The estimated shipping time is 5 to14 business days after we confirm your payment. In case of more than one product in the same order, the shipment time will depend on the product that will take the longest. We do not separate orders, so if you want to receive products individually as soon as they are available, please order them separately.

What method of payment do you accept
We securely accept all major credit cards and PayPal.All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars, please see Payment Methods for details. However, please note that we can accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.
How do i place an order
Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking "Add to Cart".
You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.
Do i have to have an account to place on order
No, accounts are totally optional.
How can i track my order
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your HECATE GAMING account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Return & Rufund
What is your return policy
Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 days of delivery.Simply contact our support team at support@hecategaming.com if you have any questions regarding your return.Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, ect. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.For more information, please check the Refund policy
Then will i receive the refund
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
